Reception staff are fantastic, extremely helpful and welcoming. I can only review Dr Cathy McIntyre as she is the only doctor I have had contact with at Hamilton Doctors. Cathy is exceptional and I feel very safe with my medical future in her hands.

Umm... I'm really surprised anyone gave them anything less than a 5 star rating. Doctor goes above and beyond to listen and shows genuine interest. Always caring and supportive. They are always very busy and since going to them I have never had anything but exceptional service. Receptionists are great and very on point with everything. Even calling to remind you of appointments. The way service should be.

The quality of care is the highest I have experienced in Australia. Dr Rebecca Lee is incredibly caring and highly skilled, I always feel completely looked after with every visit. The reception staff and caring, helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice to people of all ages.

Hamilton Doctors is a fantastic practice. I have 3 young children and have found the One on one care and follow on continuity of care exceptional. I do not hesitate to recommend Hamilton Doctors to all of my friends and family. I initially saw a few different doctors in the Newcastle area, all of which seemed to try and get through patients as quickly as possible or had zero people skills, a friend recommended Ben Seckold at Hamilton Doctors and I’m so glad they did. He is an exceptional doctor and also friendly and caring. I have seen a few other Doctors at the practice as well and found them all to be fantastic. Overall I highly recommended Hamilton Doctors to anyone looking for a caring, friendly and supportive practice.

I’ve been going to the same GP my whole life and when she is away I have been under the care of the other lovely doctors here. All the staff have become like family. For any health issues I’ve had including complex and non complex mental health etc I have always been taken care off by the amazing group of doctors here and so has my family. I can not recommend them enough. All the doctors are lovely and thorough which is highly important. The reception staff help so much whenever I need an appointment or a message delivered! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Andrea And Family.

Couldn’t recommend a GP practice enough. I don’t have a regular GP at all but tend to see whoever I can. Every experience I have had has been brilliant. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Reception staff are always incredibly accommodating, professional and extremely kind. Overall, it’s the best GP practice I have been to. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful consistently

Have recently Changed to this doctors surgery for my baby and I as we have had some pretty bad experiences within the healthcare system. The receptionist are always lovely and welcoming. The doctors are lovely and seem to really care about their patients. The nurse on duty today that we visited to get my babies 12 month vaccinations was beautiful! Made the experience 10x better, making us feel safe and comfortable. She was also so informative and just great at what she does! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Have always been very anxious about visiting the doctors but this place has definitely changed my perspective.

My experience with Hamilton Doctors has been only incredibly positive. I’m so grateful for my doctors and the nurses who not only supported me on my journey to conceive but now supporting my family as we navigate life with a baby.

I don’t live in the area but travel is worth it. Honestly the best medical care and empathy I’ve received and working the medical field myself this is very important to me. Able to prioritise patients when they need to and have consistent doctors there. Thank you kindly for everything you’ve done for me, in particular Dr Ragg.
